Monday, Wednesday, and sometimes Friday...

So... I did the BEDA thing right? and after that I was like a high school student on Spring break. FREEEEDOMMMMMMMMMMMM! Unfortunately, my blog was left behind on this Commitment Free Month... though I am never completely commitment free, I am still doing the 52 Weeks project. So I VOW to update this blog on Mondays, Wednesdays, and I am going to try for Fridays as well. I SAID try! If I don't feel free to come up with some punishment. Seriously, feel free.

Last weekend Lola had an Agility trial. It was her firs AKC trial and she Q'ed in Standard. Woot! Here is the obligatory Ribbon Pic

Ribbons

I also got her 52 weeks picture that at the trial

Is it our turn yet? 39/52
I also met a fellow dogster there, which was cool. She was really nice and had a sweet little merle sheltie!

I also have a video of our Q run, I will post that when I find my video camera. I have some other pics to post, but I will let this one stand as a trial post.

See you Friday!

I took Lola darlin' to the park today. She enjoyed it, I think. I took some pictures, my main goal was to get a good black and white shot for and new group I am in. Group Learning for Photography. This was my main choice:

Heavy editing, but I like it.

While at the park, Lola did some squirreling in the mullberry trees.

We also worked on some obedience while at the park. It seemed to be the day for dog aggressive dogs to be at the park. I had Lola offleash, taking the above rock pictures, and some man came over and asked if she would bother another dog because his dog "bit hard". Ok...

After going to the park I had to go get some gas. I pulled in, rolled down the windows and walked in to pay. I was gone for approximately one minute, and in that time Lola barked twice (I could see her the whole time) and when I came out the man (I say man, he was younger than me. Between 16-17) in the car beside me told me I needed to "Shut my f-ing dog up". I said that I am sorry, but she was just wanting me to come back outside. He then said that my "f-ing dog was to f-ing loud and that he would shut her up" and started to walk towards me. I unhooked Lola's seatbelt and got her out of the car, because I had to pump fifty dollars of gas and felt threatened. He continued to approach until Lola "stacked up" in front of me and begin a deep, low growl. He muttered something else about a "f-ing bitch" and walked back to his car. Wonder which one of us was the bitch?

My sewing machine broke. RAWR, this should no happen when I am mid-sewing. I would be less upset if this had been my fault but actually, my machine is a magician. You know that crazy ring trick that magicians do? The ones where two attached rings become two unattached rings? Yeah, Betsy pulled one of those. (My sewing machine is named after Betsy Ross, but is occasionally called "Biting Betsy") So now I am stuck until I can fix her. Alas, It was becoming an addiction.

Today was Criminal Minds Sunday. This is the day on which my Grandmother and I gather to watch CM for SEVEN HOURS. Yes, we are awesome. Thanks for asking! Since I am fairly new to the Criminal Minds phenomena, I have yet to see a rerun. This is exciting for me. The last two episodes shown ( a two part thingy) were extremely creepy and only exacerbated my fear of pigs. They will EAT EACH OTHER! This is not normal. Don't try and sway me with their intelligence, it won't work.

My dear friend, Alison, got tickets for the midnight showing of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. SQUEEEEEE
I expect this to be much more awesome than the midnight showing of Eclipse. Much, much more. I wonder if they will X our hands?

Lola has been trying out her new seatbelt. She seems cool with it.

This is how we roll!

Week 31

Can I just say, that decal did NOT want to go on? I like it though...

I don't have much to right about, so I will leave you with Lola's smiling face. I spent the day watching Criminal minds. I need to get out of the house tomorrow.

Look! Shots not from 52 weeks!

Hello ladies and gents! Today I bring to you some shots that are NOT destined for 52 weeks! Yay! Lola has once again broken my tripod. Shame on her. That is tripod numero dos. Damn dog. Soo... to get this shot, I took out the dictionary. Meaning I sat the Camera on top of the dictionary.

Lola and I.

I also got some fun Boomer shots!

Boomer

I have been in post processing funk lately. Sticking with a particular colour pallet,  Can't ya tell?

Shampoodled

Poor Lola had to get a bath tonight. This offered an excellent opportunity for online humiliation. Without further ado I present Lola's 52 weeks shot of the week!

You have GOT to be kidding me. 17/52
